Return and exchange policy:
1. If the product is different from the description or defective, you can contact us and tell us the products you would like to replace and explain the reasons for the replacement.
2. It is possible to exchange it within 7 days and return it within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the item is in the same original condition when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging and has not been opened and installed. This excludes cups, coasters and the like, as they are not subject to exchange and return due to the nature of the product. .
3. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and was not opened before receipt.
4. The shipping cost (sending and receiving) is charged to the customer for sending and receiving. As for the product, it is replaced without fees according to the terms of the return policy.
5. Exchange and return can be made only once per order.
6. If the cancellation is made by the customer after the shipping company receives the order and the order amount is paid via electronic payment, the amount will be returned to the customer after the shipment is returned from the shipping company, with the shipping fee of 30 riyals deducted.
7. If you wish to return a product with no defect or manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the shipping fee of 50 riyals, provided that it has not been used or opened.
8. Products damaged as a result of misuse such as (scratches, breakage, exposure of the product to water, etc.) will not be returned.

Warranty Policy:
1- Chairs: are subject to a six-month warranty on the entire chair, and the hydraulic part is subject to a one-year warranty.
2- Rest of the products: All products are subject to a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
3- Any misuse of the product (breakage, exposure of the product to liquids, or any misuse in general) is excluded from the warranty.
4- The product is replaced only once during the warranty period
5- The invoice and order number are considered the warranty, and the warranty period begins from the date of the invoice and order.
